Here are some variations on the theme: key at listing office (too bad if you are driving by the house and your buyers want to see it, RIGHT NOW). Call agent for appointment (and the agent won't return your call) and the very worst... Office Exclusive. Yes, we actually have agencies who prevent other agents from selling their listings. Who wins? Certainly not the seller.</description>
