Wowzer. 
Yours is a different beast than mine, and a different brand, too. It does seem to be really nice, though. 
A Le Creuset is an enameled cast iron Dutch Oven, so not exactly microwave safe, but fantastic for retaining heat, retaining cooking juices (don't tell Jenn, but that's blood) and slow cooking on a stove top or in the oven. Heck, you can even bake bread in it!

The Emile Henry is a high-end ceramic (made from the mineral rich clay of Burgundy, I hear) that is capable of a lot of similar uses as a Dutch Oven. 

If I were you, I'd google it and look for recipes.
