Jonathan Martin is a Christian, Husband, Father, Son and resident of West Seattle.  He is a dedicated, honest, hard working, realistic person. Jonathan brings his local expertise, years of sales experience and an education in business and finance from the University of Washington to the table. He cares about people and strives to help them realize their real estate goals. Jonathan works from a principle, he learned from Zig Ziglar, “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.” This business philosophy has proved very effective. Even if in the process of working towards the clients best interest a sale is not made, the goal has been achieved.

There are many different ways to be a Salesperson/Marketer. The three most popular are: Spend most of your time telemarketing or spamming and only work with suckers who fall for your ploys, or spend all of your money advertising atracting people who don’t know you to call you, or focus on building positive relationships and providing the absolute BEST service possible and let your clients do the advertising for you through referrals. Jonathan chooses to spend his energy on the latter of these methods.
